Summer 2010 Meeting Schedule
Tuesday, June 8: Mary Randall House at 401 North Street, Elkton, MD. Troop service project to remove old landscaping. Bring shovels, rakes, gloves, closed-toe shoes. Wear Class B uniform.
Tuesday, June 15: Charlestown Pavilion (weather permitting). If inclement weather, we will go to Cherry Hill Middle School as usual.
Tuesday, June 22: White Clay Creek State Park Route 896 entrance. Short "shakedown" hike to prepare for the Dolly Sods trip. Bring fully packed backpack and some water. Rain or shine. All Scouts welcome, even if you aren't attending the trip - bring a day pack and some water.
Tuesday, July 6: The Koenings' house at 379 Casparus Way, Elkton, MD. The last meeting before summer camp. Bring a swimsuit, towel and assigned snacks. WE WILL ALSO BE LOADING THE TRAILER. BRING YOUR PACKED SUMMER CAMP TRUNK WITH YOU.
Tuesday, July 20: The Grahams' house at 102 Scarlett Ct., Elkton MD. Bring swimsuit, towel and assigned snacks.
Sunday, August 29: Annual Troop Picnic at Fairfield Pool (tentative). Be prepared for additional information. The 2010-11 outing schedule will be presented.
Welcome to Troop 443 online. The website is a good source for the basics about the Troop, and we will try to expand the various services here. Be sure to check the Hot News section often to keep up with developments such as advancement, outings and more. The Troop Calendar is also another good source of information. Troop 443: Just The Facts
Troop 443 has been continuously chartered in the Cecil District of the Del-Mar-Va Council since 1984.
Our charter partner is the Elkton United Methodist Church.
We are part of the National Boy Scouts of America.
We meet weekly on Tuesday evenings from 7 to 8:30 pm in the cafeteria of Cherry Hill Middle School, 2535 Singerly Road, Elkton MD 21921 Phone: (410) 996-5020.
Troop 443 is an adventure troop! We have an active, challenging, and fun program conceived, planned and implemented by the Scouts. At least once a month, you'll find us hiking, canoeing, bicycling or camping somewhere in the (Northeastern) United States.

Installation is simple:
1. Go to www.troop443toolbar.ourtoolbar.com
2. Click the large gray "Download button" on the left.
3. Read the legal mumbo-jumbo and click agree.
4. One or more boxes will then pop up asking you if you want to run some software. Click Yes.
The toolbar will then install on your browser. The "Ticker" will show the latest news about what's going on in the Troop. To refresh this whenever you happen to be on the web, click on the Baden-Powell icon, then click on "Refresh Toolbar" . The ticker will be up-to-date on your computer. Clicking on the Scouting symbol will bring up areas of the Troop website which may be of interest.
